Paula Villarroel RN, BSN is a nurse care manager. She started her career in the healthcare industry in 1998, as a patient care technician. She has been a registered nurse since 2000. Before becoming a nurse care manager, she filled many roles, such as; a charge nurse, director of nursing, and the owner of a private duty home health care agency. Paula has three children and enjoys traveling
